Hello fellow video game and panda fans,
Today I wish to highlight several updates to the game Pandarunium and the announcement of a new trailer.
- New Music by Ryan Speakman - The music featured in the trailer as well as the music that is looped on the main game is now custom made for this project and done by my friend Ryan. He's an excellent musician and nailed the tone of the game. I can't say enough good things about him!
- A new trailer!!
- Thanks to all the people that have tested the game. Several odd bugs have been found and fixed due to them. They rock!
- Combined and consolidated different aspects of the HUD to make a less cluttered viewing experience. Also more user friendly. More UI controls have been moved to the menu rather than random buttons on the keyboard.
- Made voiceovers with the word Panda substituted for words in popular culture. ex. "That they may take our lives, but they'll never take .... OUR PANDAS!!!!". This feature is now able to be triggered via a keyboard key 'V' rather than when crossing an area boundary.
- Crying is now permitted - but only when dead and using the 'Q' button.
- Better position synchronization when playing with multiple people
- Pandarunium will be at Steam Next Fest. Come join the live stream and learn about the game, play the demo with us and have some fun. Perhaps the first person to beat the demo will get a reward...
- Development is closing and the game is just about ready for release and we cannot wait :)
