On your question, no, I am not that Commander Keen. Never owned Tiberium Wars and I dont even plan to do, mostly because Im still playing Tiberian Sun.

Honestly, 'constructive criticism' is like saying 'positive punch'. Constructive criticism shouldn't even be an afterthought in the face of better options like explaining where something can be better. Which isn't criticism itself.
