I highly advise against the use of a Swastika, you can get a lot of flak for this, its not being use in historical context either, work on creating a similar logo and It will serve you better..

I'd advise highly against using Google sketchup to create assets for your games, its not suitable, as the title suggest, its for concepts and quick ideas, not for an end product.

Eventually yes - For now its using Kismet, It will use Unreal Script when the time comes, Kismet is limiting the ability to rotate on the vertical axis and I cant figure out how to do it so, but for the time being, the flashlight is serving its purpose for testing out illumination of other objects and such.
Hi, thanks for the kind words, I think I've chosen UDK over other engines for its ease of use mainly, as well as being able to to achieve good looking visuals with relative ease.

It has normal and spec maps, it's just a bad angled picture, a video demonstration would be better.

Hey Matt - Thought of an addition to the TV Scares, perhaps some sort of wisp or particle effect which comes out and goes into the player, possessing them, at this point, the player cannot control themselves but can only move their head around and switch the flashlight on and off, you can then make them move to where you want and place them into another scare. :P

The modelling is okay, but the textures are pretty bad, you could probably get away with just revamping the textures on this.
